Refund policy

All Sales Final Once Shipped

Because our products are intended for laboratory research use only and may be temperature sensitive, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened products, shipped products, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Cancellations Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the name and email used at checkout.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Undelivered Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or does not arrive, contact us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date with your order number, photos where applicable, and a description of the issue. If confirmed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion: replacement, store credit, or refund.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to post, depending on your bank or card issuer.
